I have been sick all week, and have not been able to work out… today was my first day back riding my bike to school and doing yoga… and tonight some long-ignored jogging…

About this time a year ago, I could go by without exercising for weeks, months and then feel very proud when I did my once a month trip to the gym, I am at a point now where I feel horrible if I don’t do something active every day, whether it is biking to school, jogging, going to the gym or doing some yoga..

I read somewhere that it takes like a month of consistent work to develop a routine… I think I am passed that – a.w.e.s.o.m.e.
