biking

I started biking “again” and I say again because I tried biking in the past, but it never really became a “thing”…
This time around, I am biking because there are beautiful bike trails in the area, and because gas it too expensive to drive :)
So I ride 10 miles a day (to and from work) and yes, it is hard and I get sweaty and sometimes it is a pain… but it is such a nice feeling to feel active, and to ride by beautiful places and parks, and smell the flowers, and feel the breeze through my hair… by the time I get to work I feel like I have already spend more time outdoors than many people!
